A weekly face to face exercise group for anyone who has had a stroke as well as a weekly Zoom group. Looking after your health and wellbeing play a massive part in your recovery journey.

In conjunction with Dudley MBC Park Activators, in a supported environment, we offer 3 different levels of exercise classes, which are mainly chair based. These incorporate everyday living to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility so you can regain as much independence as possible. Each session includes use of the Dell track afterwards, whilst classes are running.

Joining criteria: Pre assessment required for face to face group before attending.

Joining criteria for Zoom group: Pre assessment questionnaire is required. Tablet/PC required to participate
