Our group meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, in a supported environment, and is open for anyone who has had a stroke, carers, family, and friends. Each session is different, so you are learning, growing, and experiencing something new every time we meet.
We create crafts, have guest speakers, play games, quizzes and much more. A great way to meet new friends, build confidence, feel less isolated after a stroke, and learn new skills. All this whilst enjoying a hot drink in a warm environment.
