Discover U runs a charity tearoom in the heart of Wollaston to serve the community and to help those with a learning disability to gain valuable experience in a customer facing role. We aim to put our members through a course of food hygiene in order to give them confidence when they are serving food and drinks to the public.
The vintage tearoom serves home made cakes and light lunches as well fabulous tea and coffee supplied by Feast UK.
In addition to the tearoom we run craft workshops where everyone can learn new skills and abilities.
