Dan's Creative Creatures is designed to showcase creative people and careers - especially those empowered by passion and skill, as a means of inspiring people who are unsure what they want to do in life!
I’m creating a series of YouTube videos about people do interesting jobs - each episode focuses on someone different including a Spray Painter, a Personal Trainer, a Published Author, a Falconer, a Gaming Company Owner, Stonemason Apprentices, a Blacksmith and a Coffee Barista. In each one, I ask them about their story, how they came to their profession and what advice they can give to others starting out.
It is more difficult than ever for young people to forge a meaningful path through life if they don’t have guidance and direction. What is your next step in life if you don’t know what you want to do for a job? There are many inspiring people out there with words of wisdom. Many of whom did not know what they wanted to be and yet they have navigated their way through and have gained some very useful perspectives. There is a meaningful world that exists beyond that of the mainstream professions and it’s important for young people to have access to this in order to take control of their lives and unlock their potential.
