The Crystal Gateway is a Hub supporting the Community in Dudley.
Daily 'Open Sessions' are available Monday to Friday providing activities, social interaction and peer support for people. These are suitable for people who are living with dementia or with disabilities and their carers, but are open to all in Dudley Borough. For example, people who may be older and lonely or feeling isolated can also come along and join in
Both the person being cared for and their carer can join in with a range of weekly activities at the Crystal Gateway Monday to Friday.
These activities include:
Monday: 'Dementia Cafe' 10.00am-12.00pm, 'Crystal Carers Group' 10.00am-12.00pm
Tuesday: 'Dementia Choir' 10.00am-12.00pm
Wednesday: 'Talking Tables Talking Group' 11.00am-1.00pm 'Record Club' 12.30pm-2.30pm and 'Crystal Arts and Craft group' 1.30pm-3.30pm
Thursday: 'Various Exercise sessions' 10.00am-11.00am 'Friendship Group' 11.00am-1.00pm 'Golden Pen Writers Group' 1.30pm-3.30pm
Friday: 'Crystal Art and Craft group' 11.00am-1.00pm
