Specialist mobile health, fitness and progressive mobility services for older adults in Halesowen and the surrounding Dudley borough. We focus on building functional strength, restoring joint mobility and helping elderly residents maintain absolute independence and longevity in their daily activities.

Our Comprehensive Care Package Includes:

  • Two 60-Minute In-Person Sessions Weekly: Tailored, low impact movements focusing on balance and longevity. We utilize Neuro Centric Mobility Methods to retrain muscle brain communication and unlock stiff joints safely at the client's location.

  • Independent "Get Up" Floor Training: Specialized coaching to build core strength and safe, progressive techniques for transferring to and from the floor independently, directly reducing the fear of falling.

  • Home Fall Prevention Audits: In-home environmental assessments to identify spatial hazards and optimize layouts for daily safety.

  • Weekly 30-Minute Support Calls: Dedicated telephone touchpoints to manage anxiety, build confidence and offer vital mental health support and social connection.

  • Progress and Accountability Assets: Direct WhatsApp messaging support, custom large-print visual home exercise cards and age-appropriate nutrition guidance for muscle preservation and energy.

  • Monthly Reassurance Reports: Written progress overviews tracking milestones, perfectly designed to share with families or NHS Care Coordinators.

Compliance and Funding Status: Enhanced DBS Certified and Fully insured (£5 million Public Liability). Currently registering to accept payments via NHS Personal Health Budgets (PHBs), Social Prescribing and Direct Payments.

Format: Mobile home visits - all sessions are delivered directly in the safety and comfort of your own home.

Availability: Flexible appointment slots are scheduled individually with each client to suit their weekly routine.

Frequency: Standard packages consist of two 60 minute in-person movement sessions per week, alongside a scheduled 30 minute telephone support check in.

Monthly All Inclusive Membership:

  • £500 Includes 2 x weekly 60 minute in person home sessions,

  • 1 x weekly 30 minute telephone check-in,

  • home fall prevention audit,

  • independent floor transfer training,

  • custom exercise cards and monthly progress reports.

Long-Term Membership Options:

Quarterly: £1,425, Half Yearly: £2,775, Yearly: £5,400.

Additional Pay as you go sessions:

Member Add-ons: £57.00 (60 minute), £22.50 (30 minute).

Non member sessions: £75.00 (60 minute, £30.00 (30 minute).

Funding Eligibility: Fully compatible with government funding. Eligible older adults can have these costs covered by the NHS through Personal Health Budgets (PHBs) and Direct Payments processed via Ideal for All.
