Connect 2 Work: Your journey starts here.

  • Struggling to find work?

  • Feeling stuck or unsure where to start?

Connect 2 Work is here for you, real support, no judgement, run by a team that listens.

We’re a new local programme for 18-29 year olds in Dudley who are unemployed, facing health challenges, or just need a bit of help to get back on track. Whether you’re a care leaver, dealing with anxiety, or simply unsure what’s next, we’ve got your back.

What’s it all about?

Connect 2 Work is not a course. It’s not a lecture. It’s a personalised journey, led by you, supported by us.

  • 1:1 meetups in your community

  • Help setting goals that actually matter to you

  • Confidence-building and real-life work experience

  • Support from trusted local employers

  • Wellbeing support that fits your life

  • Work trials tailored to your interests - with adjustments if needed

We work alongside health teams, support workers, and anyone else in your corner. You’ll never be alone in this.

Who are we?

We’re the “I Can” team, a friendly bunch from Dudley Council, NHS partners, and local organisations who care. We’re here to help you take the next step, whatever that looks like.

Ready to grow?

This is your chance to try something new, build confidence, and move closer to the kind of job and life you want. No pressure, just support, your way.
