ColourWheel Art Classes offer accessible, fun and creative art classes for beginners and improvers. All course materials are provided, all you have to bring is yourself.
Classes run on a Thursday morning from either 9.45am until 12.45pm or 1.45pm-4.45pm. You will receive tuition and guidance from our experienced teacher and artist.
We start with pencil drawing, setting the building blocks of skills for the course. We then work with charcoal, coloured inks, pastels, watercolours and acrylic paints, as well as introducing other mediums such as brusho, gouache and printing. The principles of drawing and painting are progressively practiced with techniques and subjects such as landscapes, still life, figure drawing and portrait.
Classes are immensely popular and offer the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends and have some 'me time'. We provide well organised, well prepared fun classes. Nothing is too much trouble!
