A gentle effective way to tone up, create balance and relieve stress whilst also working on spinal strength and alignment. Please note classes are always started at beginners level to build a safe, effective and progressive fitness class. Classes are kept small for personal development, therefore booking is essential. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
