Building Bridges is a peer support group for anxiety and depression.
At the group we can talk about some of the struggles we have faced and help one another to find new ways to manage.
We meet weekly on a Monday evening from 7.00pm-9.00pm in Dudley and you would be welcome to join us if you are finding your anxiety and/or depression difficult to manage.
