Better Days is a 3-year funded project via The AoC Trust and the National Lottery for Dudley schools to refer clients for 6 free counselling/therapy sessions with us. The project will be restarting again in September 2023 for year 3 of the project as year 1 has now passed.
The project is a wraparound package open to supporting children, young people and adults, including staff, parents, and any other professionals related to a Dudley School or from the Dudley Borough.
Clients can be seen in the school or at our offices based in Dudley if this is more convenient for them. We can also offer video call or telephone support if this is appropriate for the client who is referred. If sessions were needed within the school, a staff member would need to meet them and visit to complete due diligence and ensure clients have a safe and confidential space for sessions to take place.
Places are limited per year so we are working on a first come first serve basis. As you can imagine, this is a popular project so please get in touch at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment. There is a limit on referrals as we want to reach as many of the schools across the borough as possible.
Please contact us for more information and request the referral form. Our friendly administrative team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
Referrals are now being accepted!
