We offer bespoke workshops and group programmes designed to provide mental health education and meaningful support. Our services are delivered in group settings because we believe community plays a vital role in positive mental health. When individuals experience mental health difficulties, it can often feel isolating and lonely, group support helps reduce this sense of isolation.

Through our years of experience working in mental health, we have witnessed the powerful impact of connecting with others who are facing similar challenges. Being part of a supportive community fosters understanding, belonging, and shared experiences, which is why group-based support is at the heart of what we do.

All of our workshops and group programmes are tailored to meet the needs of each group, allowing us to cover a wide range of topics. We are always happy to discuss specific requirements to ensure our sessions are relevant and effective.

Our group sessions focus on identifying and understanding emotions, while providing practical tools to support emotional regulation. By the end of each of our programmes, participants will have developed a personal toolkit of coping strategies to support their mental health.

Our primary offering is our award-winning early intervention mental health programme, My Feelings and Me. Which is delivered directly to primary schools.

If you are a school, workplace, or community group, please get in touch to discuss how we can support the mental health of those in your care.
