We offer services in Dudley for people with dementia and their carers. Our aim is to enable people to live as well as possible with dementia. We offer:
- Emotional support, practical advice and signposting to other local services through our Dementia Support team and free helpline.
- Dementia cafes (face to face and via Zoom): to provide a social outlet and gain information and peer support
- Carers Information Support Programmes (CrISP) across the borough to help carers understand dementia, how they can support their loved one and get support themselves.
- Live Well with Dementia programmes for people with a recent and early diagnosis of dementia to help them maximise their independence and understand their condition.
All of these services are free of charge.

You can self refer to our support services through our helpline number 0333 150 3456.
You can just call the number to ask a question and not have to give any personal details.
If you register with us through the helpline, you can request a call back every few months to see how you are doing. This is worth doing when newly diagnosed.
The web site is full of free information and a forum to chat to other people living with dementia or caring for someone.
