Keeping Well
Exercise classes run by an experienced instructor, qualified to work with clients with a range of health conditions.
Opportunities to improve strength and balance and general fitness. A range of sessions available in four venues in Hagley, Kingswinford, Wall Heath and Sedgley. The classes are particularly beneficial to those diagnosed with osteoporosis or for those who have noticed their balance and strength isn't as good as it used to be but are also great for those who are more able and want to maintain balance, strength and fitness.
If you want to try something different we also have Tai Chi classes. We are currently studying Yang 8 and the Baduanjin. All moves can be adapted if required although they are standing classes.
