Services
- Reflexions is a Mental Health Support Team (MHST), the service aims to increase access to mental health support for children and young people in schools.
- Child & Adolescent Mental Heath Services CAMHS supporting young people up to the age of 16 and still in year 11 with a GP registered in the Dudley area.
- The What? Centre provides holistic mental health and well-being support to all young people in the Borough between 9 to 25 years old.
- Dudley Primary Care Mental Health Services supporting individuals aged 16 or over (school leavers) who are registered with a Dudley CCG GP.

- Integrated Community Children's Nursing Team for children and young people up to the age of 18 who have life limiting conditions and complex healthcare needs, and their families and children who attend Old Park and Pens Meadow Special School.
- Learning Disability Community Teams for people over 18 years of age who have a diagnosed learning disability, are unable to access mainstream health services effectively and/or require access to a specialist health team.

The SEN Code of Practice 2014 notes that Local Authorities, CCGs and NHS England must develop ways to harness the views of local communities. Healthwatch is an independent body which encourages participation of local service-users with a view to working with those who present with SEND and capturing their voice to shape local health and social care services.

Social Care
The Social Care Act 2014, requires the Local Authority to ensure co-operation between children’s and adult services to promote the integration of care and support with health services, so that young adults are not left without care and support as they transition from children’s to adult social care.
Within Dudley, the Dudley Disability Service are responsible for supporting children and young people up to the age of 18 with physical, learning or special educational needs.
