The Lifeline24 Alarm service has been specifically designed for the elderly, frail and disabled, to ensure that they can live safely and independently in their own home. We are a private nationwide provider of the Telecare service.
Our personal alarms for the elderly consist of a small base unit and a button worn either around the wrist or neck. If the alarm user needs help they simply press the red help button. Help is then quickly arranged by our expert 24-hour monitoring centre, either by contacting the user’s emergency contacts or the emergency services. Personal alarms allow elderly or disabled people to call for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Once you join our Lifeline Personal Alarm service, you are connected to our highly trained Care Team who provide a platinum level of service to all users. Day and night, our care team, who have been accredited by the Telecare Services Association, are on hand to support you at home.
