Me and My Baby - Baby Massage Class at St Martin's Church, Bradley

Baby Massage Class. This five week Baby Massage class from 19 June to 17 July 2024 will enhance bonding and communication between you and your baby. In a calm, relaxed, informal environment you will gradually learn to do massage strokes covering your baby's whole body, as you watch a demonstration on a doll. There will also be plenty of time for discussion, sharing tips and experiences over a cup of tea, coffee or squash.
The classes are baby-led so you are encouraged to feed, change, rock or do whatever your baby needs. Baby massage can help to relax your baby, potentially improving sleep, and can also bring pain relief from things like teething, constipation, wind and colic.
The classes are held in the large, bright church hall or cosy lounge, depending on numbers, and there is a free private car park.
The 5 week course costs £30, which includes massage oil, refreshments, a booklet and other handouts. If you book with a friend, you both get £5 off!
The course is suitable for babies from birth to one year and their carers.
